Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We usually ship within 24 hours after the order is processed.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the European Union and selected nearby regions. We’re working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
• Rest of the EU: 2–5 business days
  You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on all EU orders over €60. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below that amount.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@moodlabstore.com with your order number.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, we’re happy to help with exchanges. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If anything arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.

Where are your products made?

Our collection is sourced from brands across Europe, the UK, and the US. Product pages include specific origin details.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — we offer minimalist, eco-friendly gift wrapping. You can request this at checkout or leave us a note with your order.
