Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, postal strikes), we will notify you via email with updates on your order status.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the Netherlands. We do not ship to international addresses.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other non-standard addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team at hello@moodlabstore.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your purchase.
